Aaron 2015 Trespasser
Aaron 2015 Trespasser
Aaron 2015 Trespasser Paso Robles

Trespasser is always driven by Petite Sirah and Mourvedre, along with smaller dashes of Syrah and Grenache. Typically, the blend is focused on our spiciest barrels of Petite Sirah, while the more savory Mourvedre and Syrah components are fermented with about 50% whole clusters. We've been slowly increasing the Mourvedre component over the years because of how well it thrives in Paso Robles, as well as how much we love its deep, savory contribution to the blend. The aromatics scream of black licorice, dried blueberries, and pepper, the palate flowing effortlessly across the tongue with savory earth, tobacco, dense fruit, and ample tannins.

Philosophy

Aaron is microscopic wine producer located in Paso Robles, on California's Central Coast. created in 2002 as the brainchild of winemaker and Central Coast native Aaron Jackson, the simple goal is to produce stellar petite Sirah from superior Paso Robles vineyards. being trendy or making wine for the masses is the least of our concern; we're all about pursuing passion. At Aaron, we live and breathe by our motto: "Life should be outrageous. Go Big or go home." The wines we craft reflect the knowledge we've gained for everything and everyone in our lives, as well as our desire to think outside the box and ignore boundaries. We dig in the dirt, talk to the vines, and make wine on the edge. In essence, we always go Big.
