Gaston Chiquet NV Tradition 1er Cru Champagne
Golden yellow appearance, very fine mousse. Delicate nose: ripe fruit, pear, touch of oxidation. Smooth palate (Meunier), fresh and balanced, aromatic finish. Highlights the tertiary flavors of the best non-vintage Champagnes.

"Pale yellow. Aromas of ripe pear, peach and honey, with a subtle strawberry nuance in the background. The palate offers very good intensity, with fresh orchard fruit and spicecake flavors picking up weight with air. Closes on a vibrant, stony note, with very good clarity and length."

"Disgorged in May 2019, the latest release of Chiquet's supremely dependable NV Brut Premier Cru Tradition reveals an inviting bouquet of crisp yellow orchard fruit, fresh peach, honeycomb, Meyer lemon and warm biscuits. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and charming, with a youthfully frothy but refined mousse, a succulent core of fruit and ripe but racy balancing acids. It's already drinking well."
