Have a larger group coming in?

We love when larger groups have an interest in celebrating various events at A Hidden Vine. To ensure that we can provide excellent customer service to both large groups and smaller ones simultaneously, we have certain policies in place that ensures we will be staffed accordingly.

Reservations are now required for any party 8 or more, and reservations can be made by calling us at (949) 916-4810.

Here are the policy requirements based on the size of your group:

Parties of 8-14

A reservation is required. There is no minimum dollar amount required but there must be one credit card used* and a 20% Gratuity will be included. All food, drink, and wine must be purchased at A Hidden Vine. Previously purchased wine from A Hidden Vine is ok to bring in. Alternatively, if you do prefer to order food from one of our neighbors, please refer to our “Neighborly Policy” below.

Large Parties of 15-19

A reservation is required. Minimum amount is $40/pp and a 20% gratuity will be included. One credit card must be used.* Food is allowed to be brought in or catered as long as the minimum is met.

Events (Parties 20 or more)

Reservations are required at least one week in advance, and you will be working with a banquet manager to help you with your selections ahead of time. Depending on size, at least one Sommelier/Server will be dedicated to your group for your event. The minimum amount Sun-Thurs or in the afternoon on Friday/Saturday is $50/pp. Beginning at 5pm on Fridays or Saturdays the minimum is $75/pp as that is our busiest time of the week and we will be turning people away to accommodate a larger group. 20% gratuity will be included and there must be one credit card used.* Food is allowed to be brought in or catered as long as the minimum is met on purchases from A Hidden Vine.

Meetup Group Policy

Separate tabs are accepted since people going to these events generally don’t know each other, but 20% Gratuity will be included with a $30/pp minimum. Gratuity is included with these parties because Meetup groups typically grow to 8 or more and this will be consistent with our group policy, whether a reservation is made or not.

Neighborly Policy

We allow food to be brought in from our 3 neighboring restaurants if our customer has a minimum $25/pp tab with us. This applies to any size party under 14 people. If 15 or more, then a $40/pp minimum applies as this falls into our “Large Party” category.

*One Credit Card is required because it significantly saves time by expediting service (we have a very lean staff). Venmo/Zelle can be used among guests for convenience. Furthermore, electronic receipts via email and text are also available.
